About the Opportunity A global technology and professional services organization is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to support a critical ERP implementation initiative. This role will serve as a client-side project manager and implementation advocate, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful NetSuite deployment. The position is fully remote, with the exception of one required onsite visit (approximately one week) for testing at office location.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
client-side NetSuite Project Manager
for an active implementation
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during ERP delivery
Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, and risk management
Manage
UAT planning, coordination, and execution oversight
Serve as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and implementation partners
Drive clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
Support full-cycle NetSuite implementation activities
Advocate for business requirements and ensure solution alignment
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required
(due to federal project work)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
4+ years of experience in
NetSuite administration, consulting, or project management
Hands‑on experience with
NetSuite implementations
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross‑functional and technical teams
Preferred Experience
Full-cycle NetSuite implementation leadership
Familiarity with
ASC 606 revenue recognition
in NetSuite
Experience with
SuiteProjects
Background working with external consulting or implementation partners
$156,000 - $200,000 a year
