Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Bridgeport, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.* Achieve a production volume of 3.8 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.* Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.* Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.* Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.* Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong leadership and team management skills.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.* Knowledge of plant operations and safety regulations.* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.**Qualification Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.* Five years of aggregates operations management experience.* Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.* Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.* Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.**Work Environment*** Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.* Exposure to outdoor elements and varying weather conditions.* Collaborative team setting with opportunities for growth and development.**Physical Demands*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.* Frequent standing, walking, and climbing.* Exposure to loud noises and dusty environments.* Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary $84,730-$112,970 and participation in our annual incentive plan.* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
