What You’ll Do
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed; supervise, train, and support team members.
Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe; follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer‑service role.
Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, organizational skills, familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores.
