Continuous Improvement Engineer
to drive performance, eliminate losses, and build a culture of continuous improvement at their Conyers facility.

TPM, Lean, and Zero Loss Culture principles .
What You’ll Do
Lead root cause analysis to eliminate losses and boost equipment reliability
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to unlock efficiency gains
Coach teams on Daily Management Systems and capability building
Deliver rapid changeover improvements and support major capital projects
Champion data-driven decision-making with advanced digital systems
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
Strong experience in a manufacturing setting, FMCG or similar
Proven success in performance improvement and loss elimination
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional coaching ability
Bonus Points For
Food, beverage, or CPG background
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
Expertise in TPM, SPC, and rapid changeovers
