THE COMPANY This is an award-winning creative events agency producing conferences, exhibitions, brand activations and digital experiences for major UK brands. Everything — creative, production, content, video and digital — exists under one roof, enabling ideas to move from initial concept to delivery with precision and speed.

The digital team builds the technology that powers unforgettable live experiences: registration platforms, check-in systems, touchscreen apps, games, interactive kiosks, QR and barcode journeys, and integrations with onsite hardware. Their work ensures events feel seamless, intuitive and immersive for every attendee.

Culture is at the heart of the business. It’s a close-knit, collaborative studio where people genuinely enjoy working together. Developers are trusted, listened to and given autonomy to explore new tools, push boundaries and influence best practice. If you thrive in an environment where creativity and technology meet — and where every project feels fresh — this team offers exactly that.

THE ROLE As Digital Project Manager, you will lead the planning, development and delivery of digital workstreams across multiple in-person and hybrid events. You’ll manage registration platforms, digital tools, attendee-facing systems and onsite check-in operations while working closely with clients, developers, producers and technical teams.

Responsibilities include:

Serving as the digital workstream lead on medium- to large-scale events, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Scoping, planning and delivering registration websites, digital platforms and attendee-facing tools.

Establishing and managing workback schedules, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Demonstrating platform functionality to clients and internal teams.

Overseeing onsite digital operations including kiosks, badge printers, scanners, and check-in areas.

Supervising onsite teams and acting as a primary point of contact for clients.

Troubleshooting digital tools, understanding platform functionality and resolving technical issues.

Implementing risk-mitigation strategies and adapting plans quickly as onsite conditions change.

Coordinating with internal teams (project managers, technical, customer support) to ensure cohesive delivery.

THE CANDIDATE In order to be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced digital or event technology project manager with the ability to lead multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally and deliver high-quality digital solutions in fast-paced environments. You will need to have experience of working with clients very closely and working with registration platforms or digital events.
