We’re seeking a hands-on
Manufacturing Engineer
who enjoys improving processes, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor.
What You’ll Do:
Support orders from planning through production
Create and maintain manufacturing instructions and ISO 9001 SOPs
Drive Lean, data-based process improvements
Oversee material testing and quality documentation
Prepare production paperwork, reports, and CAD drawings
Help manage inventory accuracy and material flow
What You Bring:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in manufacturing (metal/steel a plus)
Lean, quality, and process improvement experience
CAD and Microsoft Office skills
Bonus: welding, NDT, or SPC experience.
