Project Coordinator
ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers. The role supports Sales and Project Managers and collaborates across regional offices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute meetings for department leadership, sales managers, salespeople, and vendors, coordinating rooms and catering for in‑person and virtual meetings.
Take and distribute meeting minutes for sales and department meetings; email recap with action items.
Assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating HR activities, itinerary, and meet & greets.
Help manager with new hire equipment setup (ITPAFs, business cards, key fob/building access, email setup).
Bid Support: receive and distribute pre‑bid notifications, prepare and submit prequalification statements/packages, assist with bid forms, RFPs, and presentations.
Generate and print accounting reports for Sales and Project Managers.
Monitor lead generation sites for bid opportunities.
Manage event tickets for Construction Group.
Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities)
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
2+ years experience and intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
1+ years experience with desktop publishing software; preference for Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Demonstrated service excellence and ability to resolve customer disputes.
General knowledge of construction or service business preferred.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work overtime when required.

Sit and stand; use hands and fingers to operate computer, keyboard, and telephone.
Walk and stand, climb, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for project job walks and site inspections.
Lift, push, pull, carry, or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 30 pounds.
Maintain regular attendance.
Hours Monday through Friday, 6:00‑7:00 am to 4:00‑5:00 pm, with one hour lunch. Eight hours per day required; occasional overtime may be necessary.
Competitive Wages $22.59‑$29.80 hourly (actual compensation determined by skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors).
