In this role you will play a key part in leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. You will drive strategic automation programs, mentor senior consultants, and serve as a subject‑matter expert on automation solutions. Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams in process redesign and optimization. Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals. Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions. Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation. Qualifications & Experience
10+ years in process consulting or management consulting. Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and Agentic automation. Experience with UiPath, Celonis and/or SAP Signavio. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Prior leadership roles in consulting firms. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135,900 - $265,880. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable laws and this range may be subject to change. Benefits
