HR Coordinator
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Coordinator to support our client's Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics and scheduling. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive interview experience for candidates and interviewers alike. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple calendars and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Manage interview logistics, including calendar invites, video conferencing links, room bookings (if onsite), and interview materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling and logistics
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Track interview progress and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate scheduling information
- Monitor scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues or last-minute changes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear instructions
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with calendar tools and video conferencing platforms
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
