HR Coordinator

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Coordinator to support our client's Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics and scheduling. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive interview experience for candidates and interviewers alike. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple calendars and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  2. Manage interview logistics, including calendar invites, video conferencing links, room bookings (if onsite), and interview materials
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling and logistics
  4. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external candidates
  5. Track interview progress and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate scheduling information
  6. Monitor scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues or last-minute changes
  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear instructions
  8. Support the Talent Acquisition team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with calendar tools and video conferencing platforms
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
