Responsibilities include assembling products according to manufacturing orders and engineering drawings, performing functional testing, and preparing hardware for shipment through kitting and packaging. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of working effectively in a team setting, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace./ppWhat You Will Do:/pulliReads, interprets and follows blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, (BOMs) Bills of Materials, and other written instructions./liliOperates hand tools, air tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment./liliMaintains inventory of product in workstations./liliPerforms quality work checks, identifies product defects and records identified defects./liliReworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes./liliPerforms all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures./liliMaintains a clean and safe work area./liliKitting and packaging of PC Hardware Products (will train)/li/ulpQualifications You Must Have:/pulliTypically requires a HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required./liliMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. There is no sponsorship for this position./li/ulpQualifications We Prefer:/pulliComputer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of PC - computer operations to access and navigate essential systems and software./liliTool Proficiency: Skilled in the use of both hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks with precision and efficiency./liliCustomer Support: Assist in meeting customer demands by contributing to the timely completion of assembly projects./liliReading, Writing and Comprehension: Ability to read and understand (English) simple instructions, correspondence, and memos related to assembly tasks.
