What You Do
Monitor and operate rides, ensuring all safety regulations are met.
Complete opening safety checklists and test rides prior to opening for guests.
Assist in loading and unloading guests from rides.
Ensure all guests meet the rider requirements.
Maintain a safe, clean environment, including operator booths, ride areas, and surrounding guest areas.
Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors, and our Guests.
What It Takes to Succeed
A passion for customer service.
Excellent multi‑tasking and time‑management skills.
Outstanding communication abilities.
An active listener capable of anticipating guests’ needs.
Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment.
Flexibility to perform varied duties.
Physical & Work Requirements
Minimum age 16 years.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
Position involves extensive walking, standing, and repetitive movements (kneeling, squatting, bending). Use of cleaning chemicals and tools.
Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, including extreme heat and cold.
Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and holidays per agreement.
Consistent practice of safe work habits, including PPE and reporting unsafe situations.
Complete all legal, company, and department training within timelines.
