Network Installation Technician – Amazon Web Services (AWS)

You will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that drive network stability and scalability, using your technical expertise to create automated systems that power global technological advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Move and install large enterprise equipment.
Install Fiber and Copper cabling, patch cables between equipment.
Maintain safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
Use material‑handling tools and equipment safely.
Travel within and outside the regional work area; must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 40 pounds regularly; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
Work in environments operating 24/7 with primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.
Work in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.
Essential Requirements
Travel to or commute between data‑center locations as required.
Willingness to work temporarily at alternative sites during training periods or until the assigned facility is operational.
Travel frequency will vary based on business needs and facility status.
Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma.
1+ year of experience in Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.
Industry standard certifications such as CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+.
Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits Base pay ranges from $50,600/year to $113,200/year depending on geographic market.
Compensation may also include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits such as medical, financial, and other perks.
