Overview IST Management is a rapidly growing BPO company specializing in solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management. This full‑time, direct‑hire position offers upward mobility and a commitment to excellence for our clients.
Customer Service Office Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate services at the client’s site, including scanning mail, hospitality, conference room set‑ups, mail, shipping & receiving, copy services, front desk reception coverage, light courier duties and periodic bank runs. Upkeep of the corporate office environment and common spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), basic office services and administrative work as assigned.
Ideal candidates are self‑starters with great attention to detail.
Compensation: USD $18/$20/hr • Hours: Monday‑Friday, 7:30‑5:00 PM during regular business hours • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Bonus Incentives
Responsibilities
Scanning and assigning the mail
Maintain the highest levels of customer care and demonstrate a friendly and cooperative attitude
Consistently adhere to business procedures guidelines
Pantry and hospitality support
Provide back‑up receptionist
Copy services – demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high‑volume production environment
Handling time‑sensitive and/or confidential information and materials
Taking direction from supervisor or site manager
Participating in cross‑trainingCourier delivery and pick‑up in a five‑block radius
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail
Adhere to all safety procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent – college degree is a plus and enables a fast‑track plan to management
Scanning experience a plus
Legal experience a plus
Must be able to move items and be on your feet for long periods of time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hospitality, reception, or conference room experience is a plus
Prior mail or copy experience is a plus
Computer savvyAbility to work effectively individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds with aid
Willingness to be cross‑trained
