Customer Service Representative is the Fluno Center Front Desk’s first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support while helping create the warm, professional atmosphere that defines the Fluno experience. This role oversees guest check‑ins and check‑outs, assists with program and event support, and provides general information to ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. The front desk is the heart of the Fluno Center—the hub of information and hospitality for our guests, conference attendees, and staff alike. Key Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner Organizes, distributes, and maintains relevant work unit procedures, polices, and updates to ensure accuracy and relevancy of delivered information Processes customer transactions and may take payments following established policies and procedures Monitors and maintains work areas and supplies to meet customer and operational needs Provides exceptional service, answers questions, or provides information in a specific subject area to internal and external customers, donors, and stakeholders based on set material or standards Guides and trains staff and student workers Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED - Preferred Compensation

$18.00 per hour Plus an additional $2.50 per hour for night hours worked (6pm-6am) Plus an additional $0.80 per hour for weekend hours worked Plus time and a half per hour for hours worked on designated legal holidays Department
