About the Role
West Central Behavioral Health is looking for a Housing Specialist to manage the permanent supportive housing program for Sullivan and lower Grafton County. The role focuses on providing services to populations with mental illness and improving quality of life through stable housing.
Responsibilities
Case management and community based services.
Facilitate and maintain working relationships with landlords.
Collaborate with designated Mental Health Authority staff, community mental health providers, and other resources.
Travel frequently within Sullivan County and lower Grafton County.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field preferred; training will be provided.
One year of experience working with special needs populations.
Must maintain personal auto insurance at a level required by the agency.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
