Responsibilities:
Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all types of product related concerns—taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. Requires high level computer knowledge to navigate multiple systems.

Computer: PC or laptop with current Windows 11. Processor AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen or newer OR Intel i‑series 8th Gen or newer (4+ cores, 2018+). 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free HD.
High speed wired internet: 10 MBPS download, 5 MBPS upload. No Wi‑Fi, hotspots, satellite.
Minimum Computer Requirements
Windows 11. AMD 2.1 GHz or newer OR Intel 1.8 GHz or newer. 4 GB RAM, 10 GB free HD. 2016+.
Wired internet: 4 MBPS download, 2 MBPS upload.
Other Requirements
Keyboard with function keys.
Wired USB headset.
Webcam (recommended).
Dual monitors (recommended). Minimum 17” monitor (recommended).

Training Requirements (Mandatory)
1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (Mon‑Fri, 8:30‑3:30 CST).
2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (Mon‑Fri, 5:00‑11:00 CST).
Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sat‑Sun, 8:00‑4:00 CST).
