We’re looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5400 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As the face of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and handle their inquiries and orders professionally
Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
Process cash and credit card transactions
Prepare food items according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Adhere to all company policies, food safety regulations, and quality control standards
Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Cash handling experience and basic math skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order taking and food preparation
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist colleagues as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
