Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and professionally
Process cash and credit card transactions
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
