$18.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Job Summary The Staffing Coordinator (CNA) will ensure that all shifts within the facility are appropriately covered. Duties include rotating internal employees, maintaining daily staffing reports, coordinating with human resources and payroll, and securing coverage for vacant shifts.

Responsibilities

Obtain daily staff requests and fill them efficiently.

Maintain accurate system for tracking staff across a variety of shifts.

Coordinate staff to meet facility requirements.

Monitor overtime, attendance and vacation requests.

Provide facility tours to newly hired employees.

Maintain rotating staff schedules.

Secure coverage for vacancy shifts.

Verify payroll accuracy with payroll manager.

Perform any other duties assigned by Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Licensed CNA, LVN, or RN.
