Job Title: Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance
Location: Sparks, Glencoe, MD
What’s the Job?
Perform routine setup, operation, and maintenance of highly complex automated manufacturing equipment.
Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
Monitor production quality, downtime, and waste levels, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards.
What’s Needed?
Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints.
Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs on automated systems.
Proficiency with PC applications such as MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission components.
