Salary Range:

$99,800 – $121,478 per year (includes hourly pay, biweekly production bonus, shift premiums, and scheduled overtime)

Qualifications

Technical Expertise – 3–5 years maintenance experience in an industrial setting, preferably heavy machinery; knowledge of AC/DC motors, gearbox mechanics, welding, and common tools.

Certifications – AAS in Industrial Maintenance and reliability certifications preferred.

Collaborative Skills – effective communication with supervisors, engineers, and operators.

Schedule – willing to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, days, nights, and two weekends per month.

Your Role

Precision Maintenance – dismantle, repair, lubricate, and reassemble equipment.

Diagnostic Skills – detect and verify malfunctions for timely repairs.

Preventive Maintenance – inspect, adjust, and maintain equipment for optimal performance.

Safety Focus – report hazards and faulty materials promptly.
