full-time Grain Facility Location Operator .
Benefits This operating position boasts a competitive pay of
$19.00 - $23.50 per hour
based on experience. A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is included. We are proud to provide the following benefits after a 30‑day probation period:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Extended hours, including weekends, are necessary during peak season.
Your Day As a Grain Facility Location Operator, you oversee the receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step. While monitoring grain quality and operating equipment you consistently maintain our high service standards. You keep the grain facilities and equipment clean and well‑maintained, ensuring a safe and productive working environment. During the bustling agronomy season, you seamlessly support the agronomy department, showcasing adaptability and willingness to help wherever needed.
Requirements
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces and elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders
Able to work in conditions such as heat and cold
Can lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Possess a valid driver’s license
Maintain a clean driving record
