Litigation Docket Clerk

to support our litigation practice firmwide. This role is vital to our team. The position can be based in any of the following offices: San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley (Palo Alto), Orange County, Century City, or Los Angeles, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. Overtime flexibility is required. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining the firm's docket system for litigation attorneys across multiple courts and jurisdictions. Identifying deadlines and preparing master calendars for distribution. Obtaining filing information from court clerks and online dockets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of litigation calendaring/docketing experience, preferably in a large law firm. Understanding of court docketing procedures and familiarity with federal, state, and county court rules. Excellent communication, proofreading, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ProLaw or similar software is a plus. #LI-Hybrid #LI-FM1 The salary range varies by location, with details provided in the job posting.
