Seasonal/Temporary Packer Job

Seasonal/Temporary work from 12/1/2025 - 2/28/2026 AEWR; US Workers: AR: $13.40; H2A Workers: AR: $12.27. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 53-7064 Packers and Packagers, Hand such as:

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and crops to ensure that quality and specifications are met
• Sift according to factors such as color, species, length, width, appearance, feel, smell, and quality to ensure correct processing and usage
• Function and monitor crop conditioning tools to ensure efficient and safe conditioning to meet quality standards including running dryers to pull down moisture content
• Fill delivery trucks using forklifts, suction gates, shovels, brooms
• Weigh crop-filled containers, and record weights and other identifying information
• Place crops in containers according to grade
• Weigh crops or estimate their weight, visually or by feel
• Discard inferior, diseased, rotten, or defective crops or foreign matter, and place acceptable products in containers for further processing
• Monitor and report grades
• Maintain an organized work environment, including storage areas and surrounding facilities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team
