University Relations Recruiter AD Mortgage LLC is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven University Relations Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Location: Auburn Hills, MI Salary: $116,200.00–$185,920.00 Overall Responsibilities Build and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities to attract top early-career talent for internships and entry-level positions within our mortgage organization. Serve as the brand ambassador on campus, ensuring a positive candidate experience and promoting our company as an employer of choice. Own recruitment of internship and full-time positions in the collegiate space. Campus Engagement: Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of diverse talent for internships and full-time roles. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, student organizations, and key university stakeholders. Event Coordination: Plan and attend career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and on-campus interviews. Candidate Experience: Guide students through the application and interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience. Brand Promotion: Represent the company’s culture and values on campus and through social media engagement. Data & Reporting: Track recruiting metrics, analyze effectiveness of campus programs, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align campus recruiting efforts with business needs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in recruiting, university relations, or talent acquisition (mortgage or financial services experience preferred). Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Organizational and event planning expertise. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting. Travel: Ability to travel to campus events as needed.
