We're looking for a dynamic HR professional to serve as a trusted partner to employees, frontline leaders, and senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and enjoys supporting employee relations, leadership development, and workforce integration. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution. Lead onboarding and early engagement efforts, ensuring new hires feel supported and aligned. Provide policy guidance and support progressive discipline in partnership with supervisors. Coach frontline and mid-level leaders while supporting leadership development programs. Oversee performance review cycles and provide HRIS training and support. Manage workers compensation claims and return-to-work coordination with medical providers. Qualifications 35 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; additional language skills are a plus Strong working knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and performance management best practices Proficient in HRIS platforms with hands-on experience in training, coaching, and documentation Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders while maintaining integrity and ethical boundaries Comfortable and confident working in a plant-based setting, partnering closely with a hands-on, blue-collar workforce Self-motivated and grounded, with an empathetic approach and a reputation for follow-through and reliability About Relate Search Relate Search is a Woman, Minority, and LGBTQIA+ owned executive and professional search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with meaningful opportunity.
