Description
Duties and Responsibilities Order Management & Fulfillment Receive and fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. Track all orders using delivery management software. Review and process sales orders daily; print and deliver to the warehouse team. Communicate rush requests and ensure proper lead time communication to customers. Monitor backorders and update estimated arrival times in QStore. Customer Service & Communication Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails from customers and internal teams. Provide timely and effective support to stores, maintenance, install, QC, and development teams. Contact customers to clarify incomplete or confusing orders. Inventory & System Maintenance Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low or out-of-stock items. Maintain communication between the warehouse team and buyers regarding incoming POs. Help maintain user permissions, photos, descriptions, and keywords in QStore. Monitor scheduled syncs in QStore and report any errors. Vendor & Cross-Departmental Coordination Coordinate with Manufacturing on lead times for custom equipment. Collaborate with Buyers to source dropship and one-off items. Assist Maintenance with vendor warranty processes (e.g., pumps, ozone systems, Airsep units). Escalate equipment failures to the COE leadership team. Qualifications
