Transition to Production and Ramp to Rate lead located in Orlando, FL. What you will be doing: The Lockheed Martin JASSM/LRASM team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem solver to add to our Subcontract Management team! As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible for leading Transition to Production and Ramp efforts as a key interface between Subcontract Managers and other Lockheed Martin departments to drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Leading JASSM/LRASM-related Transition to Production and Ramp to Rate Efforts Coordinating with Subcontract Managers and the Program Management team with the transition of new configurations into production. Coordinating with Subcontract Managers and the Program Management team with the monthly supplier facilitization review. Identifying and managing supplier risks related to transition to production and ramp to rate efforts Leading and coordinating JASSM/LRASM Supplier Resiliency efforts in the development of alternate sources for the supply chain management team.
