You will be the JASSM Production Global Supply Chain Lead for the JASSM program team. What You Will Be Doing

As the JASSM Production Global Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals in the daily execution of development work scope for the JASSM program. You will drive the development and implementation of subcontract management strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives and goals. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing subcontract management strategies Representing the Global Supply Chain team in JASSM production proposal meetings and management reviews Leading Supply Chain Management at CAM reviews Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives Coaching and mentoring Subcontract Managers to ensure successful execution of subcontracts Supporting Program Managers in program execution and resolving escalation issues with suppliers Why Join Us

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
