You will be the JASSM Production Global Supply Chain Lead for the JASSM program team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies to support the production of the JASSM program, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products. As the JASSM Production Global Supply Chain Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals in the daily execution of development work scope for the JASSM program. You will drive the development and implementation of subcontract management strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives and goals. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing subcontract management strategies Representing the Global Supply Chain team in JASSM production proposal meetings and management reviews Leading Supply Chain Management at CAM reviews Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives Coaching and mentoring Subcontract Managers to ensure successful execution of subcontracts Supporting Program Managers in program execution and resolving escalation issues with suppliers Why Join Us
