Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with appliances, equipment, and building components (walls, windows, doors, etc.), including minor HVAC and plumbing support. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to confirm service requests, ensure satisfaction, and maintain professional communication. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations. Technical Expertise: Utilize power tools (drills, saws, etc.), provide repair estimates, and work safely at heights using ladders or platforms.
