As
PX/Senior Project Manager , you'll take full ownership of major construction projects from concept through closeout. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams while overseeing project schedules, cost control, procurement, and internal coordination.

will have: 10+ years of experience in project management for a GC or CM Experience managing $25-100M ground-up projects from precon through turnover Familiar with multifamily and commercial construction Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and Excel Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Strong coordination, leadership, and client-facing skills What's on Offer
