Addison Group is partnering with a reputable organization in Fort Worth to hire a dependable and detail-driven Administrative Assistant. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for professionals who excel at organization, multitasking, and administrative support in a dynamic office setting. This position plays an essential role in maintaining the daily operations of a busy office. The Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also managing scheduling needs, meeting coordination, document preparation, and general office upkeep. The right candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Welcome visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support Professionally handle and route incoming calls Maintain and update calendars; schedule meetings and appointments Coordinate logistics for meetings and events Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems Draft, revise, and format internal documents and reports Support departmental teams with day-to-day administrative needs Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information Contribute to an organized and productive office environment Provide cross-functional assistance as business needs arise Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office setting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work onsite full-time in Fort Worth Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: Employment Type:
