Earnings Potential:
The wage range for this role is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner. Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line phone system and direct customer to the proper department, and follow up in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution. Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket. Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers. Maintenance and Filing of Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Hard Copies. Perform all other special duties and projects as requested. Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
