Manage one or more cross-business regulatory projects, ensuring alignment with global programs and securing necessary resources and governance approvals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and unplanned events. Oversee execution against regulatory timelines and deliverables, with regular reporting on progress, issues, budgets, and milestones. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments and senior management to ensure regulatory requirements are fully understood and effectively implemented. Extensive exposure within the regulatory space is required - this includes an understanding of basic regulatory guidelines such as: Basel III, FR Y?9C, FR Y?10, FR 2025a and others Prior exposure in end-to-end project management (this is not a Business Analyst position) Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint). Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Effective collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive results under tight deadlines. THIS IS NOT A TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER POSITION! 3-days onsite in NYC are required!
