Lead the planning, definition, and delivery of multiple projects within a broader change portfolio, ensuring alignment with the Project Sponsor and effective stakeholder engagement. Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants and internal resources, to ensure efficient resource allocation, team motivation, and successful project execution. Oversee project governance and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management and steering committees while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with the PMO to identify and secure necessary project resources, maintaining strong coordination across all project contributors. Proven experience leading and delivering complex IT and infrastructure change programs, including network projects (WAN/LAN, firewalls, switches, connectivity, and security) within large, fast-paced organizations. Strong technical background with the ability to assess solution impacts on existing systems and accurately estimate effort, while supporting teams in building business cases that clearly articulate value and benefits. Track record of managing high-value projects with budgets exceeding $1 million, ensuring successful delivery across the full project lifecycle. Skilled in producing high-quality project documentation and plans using tools such as MS Office, MS Project, and PlanView or similar project management software.
