What You'll Do Process approved and coded invoices & related documents in A/P system Match high-level merchandise invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies Work with uploads and analyze data input into system for accuracy Customer service Manage AP Mailbox Maintain archive spreadsheet for Iron Mountain Storage Company Special projects as deemed necessary by management Pick up and distribute mail What You'll Bring 2 years of high-volume AP experience, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment Superior organizational skills are required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good analytical and mathematical skills Familiarity with 1099 reporting rules and classifications Intermediate computer skills; experience using Lawson accounting system preferred AA degree desired Why We Love It Work life balance is a priority. CA Pay Range is $26 - $28 per hour Full time and part time associates are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
