Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by effectively manage time and effort across sourcing, recruitment strategies, timelines and deliverables. Influence up and train cross-functional stakeholders within the recruiting process. Work closely with hiring managers and be a trusted resource from the initial intake to the new hire's first day of work. Document job descriptions, search requirements, candidate screens and feedback for job openings. Manage and post home office and store field job postings on various job boards. Drive and manage hiring process including posting, sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, reference checking, salary negotiation, extending offers, onboarding, and conducting orientation. Manage the temporary associate and contractor onboarding and offboarding processes by obtaining request forms and approval from department leaders and accurately tracking start and end dates. Oversee and manage agency relationships, while managing temporary requisitions through the recruiting process. Implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build an on-going, healthy and equitable pipeline of qualified and diverse talent. Research and gain an in-depth understanding of home office departments and develop hiring strategies for these areas. Identify, track and evaluate recruitment metrics and results to assess effectiveness, while identifying wins and opportunities. Participate in the development of recruiting collateral for the office and field. Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs and on-campus recruiting. Assist with the internship program from recruiting, onboarding and coordination. Partner with department mentors on designating internship projects. Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with planning and executing home office events. What You'll Bring
BS or BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred. 1-2 years' experience in recruiting and hiring. Experience building diverse, inclusive and equitable talent pools and pipelines. Demonstrated ability to provide research and analysis on recruiting, hiring practices and trends. Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods. Understanding of employment law including EEO requirements. Excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently. You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working on a highly collaborative team. Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). Why We Love It
