This is an onsite/hybrid position, requires 3 days onsite / 2 days remote. A Business Relationship Manager (BRM) II acts as a liaison between its internal department and external stakeholders, such as clients, customers, vendors, and partners. The primary role of a BRM is to develop and maintain strong relationships with these external parties to ensure the success of the business. Business Relationship Manager II's advance the BRM capability by nurturing relationships both inside and outside the organization. BRMs focus on driving positive business results for the organization. BRMs focus on collaboration, business development, account management, and inclusivity. BRMs possess a shared commitment to teamwork and building and maintaining successful relationships. BRMs create a sense of trust, creativity, innovation, authenticity, and shared ownership across the organization. BRMs are skilled at bringing cross-functional teams together to drive meaningful results through communication and collaboration.
