You will be the Financial Management Staff, serving as a staff program finance analyst responsible for leading the ATACMS program finance team and performing financial analysis to drive day-to-day tactical execution. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to support program success. What You Will Be Doing: Managing program business and financial performance to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives Leading earned value management and reporting efforts, including IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, and CSDR Developing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial forecasts of orders, sales, profit, and cash, as well as long-range planning Analyzing and preparing quarterly CSR positions and charts to inform program decisions Preparing, analyzing, and reporting/presenting program-level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and program teams Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers Effectively communicating program performance to leadership teams, including program managers, functional leaders, and executive leadership Why Join Us: We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Management Staff who can lead the ATACMS program finance team and perform financial analysis to drive program success. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Desired skills: Accounting, Finance, or Business related degree Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude Prior experience in LM Program Finance / Cost Control Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR) Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
