Oversee end-to-end production processes for assigned product families. Ensure alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Lead and coach team leaders and front line supervisors. Implement and sustain standardized work practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Manage resources to meet production schedules and customer demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize work flow and remove bottlenecks. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of servant leadership and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Several years of experience in manufacturing operations or value stream management. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
