Responsibilities: Support process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and data-driven methods Monitor and improve key performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, tooling, and process enhancements Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation and quality plans Provide technical support to production teams to resolve process or product issues Contribute to continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with investment casting processes is highly preferred Proficient in statistical quality tools (e.g., SPC, PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis) Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies Skilled in CAD software Strong communication and collaboration skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and analytical, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving What's On Offer
