You will be the Lean Six Sigma Site Lead for Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford Operations facility, which is a leading hub for innovation in microelectronics, supporting critical aerospace and defense programs. As the Site Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt/Master Black Belt Lead, you will support the Site/Functional Leadership team in engaging LSS tools and practices across our operations and aid in strategy development and implementation. You will oversee multiple LSS projects, provide guidance and mentorship to Green Belt and Black Belt candidates, and lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the site. Your key responsibilities will include: Own and drive the execution of Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable results in affordability, unit cost, and process efficiency Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Improvement strategy that drives significant reductions in unit cost and improvements in process efficiency, with a focus on achieving specific affordability goals and rate goals by program Develop and implement cadence to engage and motivate employees in Continuous Improvement efforts, ensuring that all employees understand the importance of their role in driving site-level goals and objectives Develop, maintain, and track Site Excellence Plans to align with strategic objectives Provide leadership communication and reporting, including regular updates on project statuses and outcomes Lead regularly scheduled LSS review meetings Identify, scope, and prioritize LSS projects and events based on site performance metrics and business needs, tracking for timely completion and delivery of measurable results Proactively identify risks related to LSS projects and implement mitigation strategies Provide guidance and mentorship to Green Belt and Black Belt candidate Relocation:
