Resident Services Associate
The Resident Services Associate - Receptionist will be responsible for enhancing the living experience for our senior residents by providing exceptional concierge and reception services. The Resident Services Associate will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, offering personalized assistance and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
The Opportunity: Pay Rate: $13.40-$17.00 The responsibilities include: Greeting and welcoming residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Assisting residents with a variety of requests, including transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services. Coordinating with local service providers to arrange services for residents such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance. Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities. Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary. Managing front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming. Maintaining and updating resident and visitor logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Handling inquiries and providing accurate information about the community, including services, events, and policies. Assisting with the coordination and communication of resident activities and events. Supporting residents with minor administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and making copies. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to residents. Maintaining inventory of office and concierge supplies, placing orders as needed. Assisting with the preparation and distribution of resident newsletters and notices. What You'll Bring
Position Requirements / Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens. Demonstrates effective time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Location Information
