Portfolio & Asset Oversight Manage the financial health and physical condition of all properties within the assigned senior housing portfolio. Directly supervise the Compliance Director and ensure full regulatory adherence across all sites. Drive improvements in leasing, maintenance, legal coordination, Housing Quality Standards (HQS)/NSPIRE inspections, violation resolutions, and recertification workflows. Partner with ownership to craft and execute strategic asset management plans, including financial forecasting, operational benchmarks, and long-term capital assessments. Review, monitor, and report on property budgets and performance metrics in alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors on all phases of capital projects-from planning through execution. Lead and manage a team of General Managers, Facility Managers, and on-site personnel. Resolve escalated resident and property issues with professionalism and urgency. Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and high performance. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of site-level management. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Accounting, HR, Purchasing, Compliance, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations. Senior Property Manager 10+ years of experience in affordable or multifamily housing property management. Minimum of 5 years in a senior or regional leadership role. In-depth knowledge of New York City's affordable housing ecosystem and compliance (HDC, HPD, NYCHA). Proven experience with capital planning and project execution. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational reporting.
