PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: Perform functions in support of the maintenance of Supply programs; design and implementation of Supply management meetings; support the Supply liaison with filling BSC and business unit requests for information and standard reporting requirements; support data analysis, business case development and implementation of special projects. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Perform functions in support of the implementation of BSC-wide initiatives, and provide updates for required monthly/quarterly reports. Assist in coordinating annual Business Plan updates, Business Continuity Plan, SOX control testing, voucher review analysis and benchmarking efforts. Support Supply's Management Model program and Supplier Code of Conduct. Support the Business Units' Records Management program. Assist in coordinating monthly Supply Management Review Meetings (MRM) and leadership decks-coordinate presentation materials, facilitate meetings, and track follow-up action items. Assist in gathering and analyzing data in support of special projects and initiatives through research, and preparation of reports/presentations. JOB SCOPE: Perform functions in support of work needed to implement Supply programs, management meetings and assigned projects. The position may interact with managers and staff within and external to the Supply organization. Minimum Education Required: High School/GED Job Category: Supply Chain Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with 2 years of experience. In lieu of degree, High School diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience. Strong PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Pivot Tables). Good Communication (verbal, written) skills. Capable of analyzing data and drawing conclusions. Preferred Qualifications: Benefits Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $65,600.00/Yr.
