We are seeking a Data and AI Enablement Lead to serve as a collaborative catalyst between Siemens Smart Infrastructure US business units, transformation leaders, and IT delivery teams to accelerate digital maturity and adoption of AI. By partnering with key organizational leaders, the role will ensure that we are creating the AI-driven initiatives that will have measurable impact, foster alignment, and drive comprehensive adoption. This is a remote position based in the contiguous U.S., with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. (This role will collaborate closely with European teammates; The Data and AI Enablement Lead needs to be able to work during Eastern Time to accommodate working hours on both sides of the Atlantic.) You'll make an impact as you: Lead a Digital Maturity Forum (DMF) for key data and AI leaders across the organization, encouraging collaboration, building a community, and aligning strategies. Improve the scaling of successful AI use cases and solutions to increase value across business units and functions. Establish clear organization understanding of the roles of AI in individual efficiency tools and complex AI initiatives. Develop appropriate AI governance frameworks with guidelines and protocols for managing AI platform capabilities and costs, balancing innovation and value with operational efficiency. Collaborate with business units and DMF leaders to establish clear criteria and critical metrics for evaluating AI efficiency and impact. Support business unit leaders in the evaluation and assessment of AI tools, platforms, and vendors, staying aligned with global technology strategies, security requirements and SCM policies and procedures. Ensure IT services, platforms, and support structures in global tech hubs and satellite delivery centers are "fit for purpose" to deliver high-quality and timely support to meet regional business needs. Identify and support cross-functional digitalization opportunities in collaboration with franchise owners, IT partners, and Value Centers/Delivery Teams. Support U.S. initiatives for communication, training, and activities to encourage the adoption, responsible use, and value realization of AI and automation tools while aligning with business strategies and programs. Monitor and assess AI trends in the market and the organization, making informed recommendations for new technologies and process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards for AI and automation. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The pay range for this position is $126,980 - $217,680. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
