Provide production support for delivery drones, ensuring hardware, software, and user permissions issues are resolved promptly. Perform routine hardware maintenance to maintain optimal production efficiency. Create Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), Work Instructions, and Work Plans to support daily and future production activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of production support activities and process improvements. What's Needed?
Proficiency in CAD systems, with Dassault CATIA experience preferred. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to monitor and control production processes. Educational background with a BS Degree in an Engineering discipline or relevant experience. 0–3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or engineering support role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. What's in it for me?
