Job Title: Production Support Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA | Fully onsite

Pay Range: $27.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Provide production support for delivery drones, ensuring hardware, software, and user permissions issues are resolved promptly.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance to maintain optimal production efficiency.
• Create Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), Work Instructions, and Work Plans to support daily and future production activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of production support activities and process improvements.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in CAD systems, with Dassault CATIA experience preferred.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to monitor and control production processes.
• Educational background with a BS Degree in an Engineering discipline or relevant experience.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or engineering support role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
