Total Compensation: $135,000–$175,000+ (DOE)
Full-time • In-person leadership role
Who We Are For 30 years, With A Little Help has been one of Seattle’s most trusted, community-rooted home care providers. We’ve grown through compassion, integrity, and deep relationships, and we’ve been honored as “Best in the PNW” by The Seattle Times for three consecutive years (‘23-’25).
Now we’re entering a new chapter.
We’re investing in a senior leadership role to drive strategy and lead our team through its implementation. This role will elevate our operational excellence, and preparing for the next decade of growth. To do that, we’re building a leadership team that can imagine what’s possible, and then rally and align people to make it real.
This is where you come in.
The Role: VP of Operations & Growth We’re seeking a visionary operator. Someone who can design the future of our field operations, inspire teams, and drive sustainable growth. This is a hands‑on executive role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution.
You will oversee our field operations, client experience, caregiver workforce, and growth initiatives. You’ll be the operational engine behind our mission, and a key architect of our next evolution.

Innovation:
You love solving problems, designing new systems, and creating better ways of doing things. You see possibilities others miss. You find joy in novel ideas and solutions.
Team Galvanizer:
You know how to rally people, build momentum, and turn ideas into collective action. You energize teams and move them forward.
Tenacity:
You finish what you start. You drive initiatives across the finish line and ensure commitments become reality.
If this is your wiring, you will thrive here in this role and with the others on our leadership team.
What You’ll Lead: Operational Excellence
Oversee all home care operations, ensuring exceptional care delivery and client satisfaction
Build scalable systems, processes, and workflows that support growth
Lead and mentor operations staff to meet and exceed their goals and expectations
Guide the team to meet challenges, overcome obstacles and recover from service failures
Caregiver Workforce Leadership
Help drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention strategies
Build a culture of accountability, compassion, and high performance
Strengthen communication and alignment across the caregiver workforce
Growth & Referral Strategy
Lead community outreach and personnel, referral partnerships, and brand presence
Identify new opportunities for market expansion
Partner with the CEO to shape long‑term growth strategy
Executive Leadership
Serve as a key member of the leadership team
Translate vision into operational reality
Build cross‑functional alignment and momentum
Drive initiatives with clarity, energy, and follow‑through
Who You Are You are an innovator, a galvanizer, and a finisher. You thrive in environments where you can create, innovate, and lead people toward a shared mission.
You likely have:
7–15+ years of leadership experience preferably in home care, home health, senior services, or a related field
A track record of building systems, improving operations, and driving growth
Experience leading managers and a geographically distributed team
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
A passion for serving older adults and strengthening community care
Compensation & Benefits
