Our client, a leading organization in the HR and Payroll industry, is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Manager to join their team. As a Payroll & HRIS Manager, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location Leesburg, Virginia
Pay Range $60-65/ HR W2
What's the Job?
Manage and process company payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Over all payroll activities including wage calculations, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders.
Administer and maintain HR/payroll systems, implementing upgrades and troubleshooting issues.
Stay up to date on payroll tax laws and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in payroll systems and HRIS management.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in process improvement and automation.
